We require a $100 deposit to be paid at the time of booking and final payment is to be paid on completion of the job. You can change the booking date with a minimum of 5 days notice but we don’t do refunds.

There is an fuel charge based on distance required to travel depot to depot. We charge a flat fee of $80 for under 40 kilometres. Distances over 40 kilometres are charged at $1.86 per kilometre. Depot to depot is charged, customers will be charged until job is completed and returned to company cite in Armadale.
Our standard hourly rate with two removalists is $135 per hour, with a 2.5 hour minimum charge.


Weekend costs: Saturdays $165 per hour and Sundays $190 per hour for two men and our large moving truck.

Weekend emergency jobs cost $190 per hour on Saturdays and $220 per hour on Sundays. (Examples of emergency jobs: home evictions, couples separating who want to move out quickly. If it’s a next day move its considered an emergency and will be charged at the higher rate.) A $2,000 deposit is required for emergency moves but if the job costs less the difference will be deposited back. We require a safe working space – violence will not be tolerated.

Family heirlooms and valuable or fragile items need to be flagged to ensure extra care is taken to avoid damages.
