I never cancel my bookings unless the timing in not ideal and I only shift the appointment to 1-2 hours back or forward.

Houses come in different sizes and also with very different types and quantities of furniture and belongings.
Pricing is based upon the time it takes to prepare and move the belongings.
For 2 men and our very large moving truck, we charge $155 per hour, with a 2.5-hour minimum charge (Weekends might differ) (emergencies might differ) everything is insured.
We require a $100 deposit to be paid at the time of booking (No hidden fees). (No REFUNDS! dates can be changed but no refunds)
Final payment is to be paid immediately upon completion of the job.
Travel expenses:
– under 44 kilometers is fuel extra $80
– 44km – 80km is fuel extra $100
– Over 80km is $1.86c for each kilometer traveled after 80km
DEPOT TO DEPOT WILL BE CHARGED.
By emergencies what do we mean? Emergencies include; divorced couples who need to move out, evicted families/individual, being kicked out from a house you were once living in we do all that. If its a next day move its considered an emergency and will be charged extra.

Emergency jobs are taken very seriously and but they do cost extra because it is little notice and a worker might no be available.
Emergencies jobs are evictions by house owner or even evictions by the police. If so then a $2,000 deposit is required but if the job is not worth $2,000 then money will be deposited back. For example, if the job only cost $500 then $1,500 will be deposited back.
Violence will not be tolerated and legal actions will be taken, we are required to have a safe working space.
No job is too big or too small and can be done in a day, we are efficient and get the job done in a day 2 days if needed.
